I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
There is $75 reschedule fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. An invoice will be emailed and once remitted you may reschedule.

I give grace when someone has to reschedule last minute. life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled due to sickness or emergencies. My reschedule policy will allow for ONE rescheduled appointment within the 24 hour period. If rescheduling becomes a common practice I will enforce the reschedule as a cancellation.

Due to the personalized nature of our services and treatment plans, all services and packages are non-refundable once purchased. Transfers may be permitted with notice and are subject to approval.

I truly love children and value family, however, for the safety of everyone in the salon and restoration clinic, children who are not receiving a service may not attend appointments. Our space involves hot tools, sharp instruments, and professional products that are necessary for providing care and are not suited for young children. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe and focused environment for all guests.

To provide the highest level of care and attention to every client, I do not accept phone calls and communicate exclusively through text and email. This allows me to remain fully present during appointments and ensures that no client’s service time is interrupted. Hair loss and scalp concerns are complex and highly individual, and meaningful conversations about these topics require proper time, assessment, and professional evaluation. For this reason, any in-depth discussion regarding hair loss must be scheduled as a Hair and Scalp Analysis appointment. Communicating by text or email also allows both you and me to have a clear, documented record of our conversations, recommendations, and next steps, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and the best possible care.
